At Your Bikini by Ada, we take pride in creating high-quality competition bikinis and posing suits. Due to the nature of our products, please review all details carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
▪️ The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
▪️ All tags and packaging must be intact
▪️ The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
▪️ The item must be returned only after contacting us and receiving return instructions
To request a return, please contact us by email before sending any item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
▪️ Custom-made or personalised bikinis
▪️ Made-to-order items
▪️ Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged
▪️ Sale items, unless faulty or sent incorrectly
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return:
▪️ If accepted, your refund will be issued via bank transfer to an account provided by you
▪️ Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing
▪️ Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or style, please place a new order separately.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

▪️ Clear photos of the issue
We will review the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Important Payment Notice
As we currently accept payment by direct bank transfer only, any approved refunds will be returned by bank transfer after confirmation of the eligible refund amount.
